The SFMOMA Museum Store stands behind the quality of our curated collection and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and is not a final sale item, such as earrings, face masks, or custom prints.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our physical store location with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box and include the completed return form before mailing it to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
